The first part is a law professor telling you why you shouldnt and the second is a police officer giving real world examples of why what the professor said was completely true. They are long but very good.

Part 2 is very insightful. The cop says when he gets a recorded confession he has his secretary dictate it on paper then he erases the tape because its not required in court. Wow. Its a good thing Cops don't make shit up. That guy is a piece of shit. But at least he is admitting what is done. Thanks for posting that Wes.

I've been polite and quiet for all of my many tickets and never once got out of one. I guess it might help if I wasn't doing over 20 for all of them
