   5. DO NOT ACCEPT OR UNDERSTAND THE RISKS MENTIONED ABOVE

4. Limitations

In no event shall International Motorsports / IMV Films or its members be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption,) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on International Motorsports / IMV Films' Internet sites, even if International Motorsports / IMV Films or an International Motorsports / IMV Films authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
